Scope of work:
The strip out of existing laboratories and refurbishment of this areas within the Medical School at the University of Bristol to create a Faculty Office comprising: two tea points, three cellular offices, a meeting room and two generously sized open offices for 26 people with storage.

All windows had secondary glazing to reduce external sound pollution, also installed were new mechanical ventilation and lighting systems. All finishes were to a very high standard.

The location of the project within a main occupied thoroughfare splitting the site in two created complex logistical and H&S challenges.

The scheme was administered under a traditional contract, the design team comprised of Kendall Kingscott and Houghton Greenlees & Associates.

The project was completed on time  and the client is delighted with their new office space.
